Handsink fully stocked with hot and cold running water, paper towels in spindle, however soap dispenser appears to be inconveniently located (too far back). Provide a pump dispenser closer to actual hand station. Wiping rags stored in sanitizer ~ 200 ppm quat detectable. Bleach available for manual sanitizing. Undercounter cooler 4 C with probe thermometer for monitoring. Standup Patriot fridge 2 C with built-in digital temperature gauge. Standup freezer -8 C. Standup display 4 C with built-in digital temperature gauge.
