Observation: Observed several containers of chicken, paneer, gravies, veggie balls, etc. to be uncovered in the preparation coolers.
Corrective Action(s): Cover all food in the preparation coolers to prevent possible cross contamination. Corrected by: March 30, 2023.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Exhaust hood vents near the walk-in cooler observed to have built-up of grease. Preparation cooler doors, seams, and shelving unit observed to have built-up of food debris. Food debris and plastic scrapes observed underneath front of house counters, stand-up coolers, and preparation cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned areas. Exhaust hood vents should be cleaned weekly to prevent grease build-up. Preparation coolers, seams, and shelvings , and underneath hard to reach areas must be cleaned daily. Corrected by: March 30, 2023
