Pre-packaged non-perishable food and bottled oils and vinegars from approved sources. Hand washing station and staff washroom hand sink have hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towels in dispensers,. Chlorine bleach available to sanitize surfaces and utensils: wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry. Use 2-4 mL of domestic bleach in 1 liter of water to make sanitizing solution.
