Follow up to check dishwasher - After several tests, dishwasher is not able to consistently achieve 50ppm Cl residual at the dish surface. Test results were between 10-50ppm Cl. Continue to follow manual sanitizing in the sink. Ensure a solution of 100ppm Cl in the sink when sanitizing and allow for a 2 minute soak. Operator is keep the inspector up to date with dishwasher repair/replacement.
