C; however, it's not in use. -Thermometer is available for monitoring -Temperature is monitored & recorded. -Hot & cold running water available -Liquid handsoap & paper towel present at handsink. -General sanitation is good -No signs of pests at time of visit -Quats sanitizer noted at 200 ppm.
