Inspection report 259880

Met with kitchen manager and discussed the following:
- all food comes from approved source ( including donations from the food bank )
- daily temp logs are up to date
- low temp dishwasher supplied with quat ( please ensure to use the quat test strips and monitoring the concentration ). Measured between 300ppm and 400ppm
Suggestion: Please contact ECO lab and change the chemical sanitizer back to bleach / need to re-calibrated and to provide you with a test strips.
Bleach is used for food contact surfaces ( measured at 200ppm ) in the spray bottles
