Overall, premises is maintained in a sanitary manner -Hand sink outside of warehouse entry is fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot/cold water. -Sanitizer bottles on-site and stored away in secure cabinet along with other cleaning supplies -Walk-in cooler is below 4C -Walk-in freezer is below -18C -Temperature logs are maintained daily for cooler, freezer, and ambient warehouse temperature -No signs of pest activity during inspection. Orkin pest company is contracted and scheduled weekly. Recent report available and no concerns noted. -UV fly traps and pest traps are placed around facility -Dry storage is good and boxes are stored on pallets or shelves off the ground No signature required due to COVID-19.
