Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CLTRZM: All hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Dry storage room thoroughly cleaned. Hot water tank/electrical room re-organized. Continue to de-clutter this room. Clean and sanitize all areas with rodent droppings. Back door to premise closed at time of inspection. Pest control servicing for rodent issue ongoing. Additional glue traps setup for monitoring. Reminder to clean and sanitize all food contact surface prior to starting food preparation. Clean all spills quickly, eliminate all pooling/standing water, and clean underneath and behind shelves/equipment on a regular basis. Followp inspection required.
