Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glasswasher not equipped with chemicals for proper sanitizing.
*Corrected during inspection* new bottle of sanitizer installed to glass washer during inspection. Chlorine residue at 50ppm.

1. all glassware will need to be cleaned/sanitized as it is unknown when sanitizer ran out.
2. develop measure to ensure sanitizer does not run out without anyone noticing (e.g. add to cleaning checklist)
