Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Upright Coca Cola cooler was at 3C.
-Chest freezer was at -14C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Foods were cooked to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-Cooked chicken and beef cooled under cold running water. Beef cooked at 11am was at 11C. Beef will be cubed into smaller portions. Beef cut into smaller cubes was at 4C. Chicken was at 4C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach spray bottle and sanitizer pails labelled and tested between 100ppm to 200ppm.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection. Continue to clean walk-in cooler shelves on a regular basis.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operation.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until March 31, 2024.
