Observation: Mouse droppings (minor) noted on floor of dry food storage and a little in the hard to reach areas of the kitchen. May be old. Many traps around including corner traps. Staff stated they have not caught anything in some time. Good.
Corrective Action(s): Pull out the items on the floor in the dry food storage area and maybe in the employee washroom and clean up all mouse droppings. Monitor for activity and continue to trap and control accordingly. Area below mop sink is continually wet and may be a water source for mice. Keep clean and dry as possible.

Bleach sanitizer in bucket and in spray bottles available. Noted aboved 200 ppm. Try to find a more accurate and consistent dosing mechanism to ensure 100 to 200 ppm solution is maintained in kitchen area.
**Use a soap or lotion dispenser to dose small volumes of bleach into spray bottles. Recommendation.
