* Clean the fan covers in walk-in cooler to remove dust build up.( Nov. 10, 2018) * Recommended installing weather stripping underneath the shipping door to prevent entry of pests ( By Nov. 10, 2018) Walk-in cooler at 2.5 degrees C. Walk-in freezer below -18 C. Upright coolers below 4 C. Sliding door cooler below 4 C. Quats sanitizer ( Oasis 144) at the dispensers tested 200 ppm. Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is very good. Dry storage room clean and well organized. Overall, the facility is well maintained.
