Operator informed that a deep clean was done the day before and no signs of ants were present at that time. Corrective Action(s): Ensure to clean all areas of the kitchen thoroughly each day. Contact pest control for recommendations on how to control and prevent ants from entering /breeding in the kitchen. Violation Score: 3

Routine Inspection: Facility mainly used by senior citizens and A.A. groups. Groups generally provide beverages (e.g. tea, refreshments). Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Both domestic coolers maintained at 4 degrees Celsius. Thermometers present in both coolers. Both domestic freezers maintained at -18 degrees Celsius. Limited food products onsite (e.g. milk, sugar, tea). All food items stored in designated storage units at least 6 inches off the floor. Domestic stove maintained in a sanitary condition. Dry storage satisfactory for the senior group. Dry storage for A.A. group was locked at the time of inspection. Premises well lit. General cleanliness satisfactory. Operator signature not required due to COVID-19 Pandemic. Report to be emailed to the Operator.
