Observation:
Ants observed on floor of the kitchen. Operator informed that a deep clean was done the day before and no signs of ants were present at that time.
Corrective Action(s):
Ensure to clean all areas of the kitchen thoroughly each day. Contact pest control for recommendations on how to control and prevent ants from entering /breeding in the kitchen.

Routine Inspection:
Facility mainly used by senior citizens and A.A. groups. Groups generally provide beverages (e.g. tea, refreshments).
Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Both domestic coolers maintained at 4 degrees Celsius. Thermometers present in both coolers.
Both domestic freezers maintained at -18 degrees Celsius.
Limited food products onsite (e.g. milk, sugar, tea). All food items stored in designated storage units at least 6 inches off the floor.
Domestic stove maintained in a sanitary condition.
Dry storage satisfactory for the senior group.
Dry storage for A.A. group was locked at the time of inspection.
Premises well lit.
General cleanliness satisfactory.
