Observation: Walk in freezer attached to the walk in cooler ambient air temperature at the time of inspection ~ -12 degrees C. Digital display showing -14 degrees C. Operator's accurate indicating thermometer reading -12 degrees C.
Corrective Action(s): Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C or less. Service if required. Correct by April 6, 2022.

All hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
200ppm quats available for use in containers. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
All hot holding at or above 60 degrees C.
Preparation cooler inserts and lower section at or below 4 degrees C.
Under the counter cooler for beverages 7 degrees C. No cold potentially hazardous foods stored.
Beverage cooler at 4 degrees C.
Permit posted in plain view of the public.
FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection.

Back:
Dishwasher registers 75 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing system at the 3 compartment sink.
Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Stove available for reheating soups.
New freshly cracked egg station installed. Cooler for storage shell eggs only at 0-2 degrees C. 200ppm quats sanitizer available for use. Cooking unit in place. Probe thermometer available for monitoring cooking temperatures of freshly cracked eggs.
