General Comments High temperature dishwasher reached 71.4C at the plate level upon final rinse cycle (min/max probe thermometer) Chlorine bleach sanitizer spray bottle available on site. Concentration was 200 ppm. *Reduce to 100 ppm (1/2 tsp in 1 L water) or rinse surfaces with water after Coolers operating at </= 4C Freezers operating at </= -18C No signs of pests observed Fume hood is clean *Routinely run the filters through the dishwasher to remove the dust build-up Permit with valid decal posted Temperature logs in-use for coolers and dishwasher *Temperatures must be observed daily Kitchen is in excellent, sanitary condition
