Reinspection based on previous inspection report.
- Food Storage: Improved. Ensure all food items are being stored in covered, food grade containers. Providing more shelves inside deli prep lines may be beneficial.
- Sanitation: Improvements noted. Ensure cleaning schedules are established and being followed. (ie: Daily/weekly/monthly)
- Equipment: Oven is not functioning and will be removed.
- Structurally: Ongoing. Surfaces are to be kept in good repair. Continue effort to make improvements.
