Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handwashing sink was covered up with flour, and missing liquid soap and paper towels. The operator reported that he washes his hands in 3-comp sink
Corrective Action(s): Clean the handsink station, stock liquid soap and paper towels, and do not use the 3-comp sink to wash hands. Handwashing sink is designated for handwashing only and dishwashing sink (3-comp) is for dishwashing only.

Observation: Heavy accumulation of flour observed underneath 2-comp sink, on a handwashing sink, and on floors at food prep area. This may attract pests and contaminants food items. Operator mentioned that the premises is cleaned every week.
