premise is kept very clean
high temp dishwasher working properly
hand sinks have soap and paper towels
floor is clean
coolers and freezers are working properly
discussed with staff complaint about plastic in food. they informed me its a paper like plastic casing around crab steak that is kept on during cooking/boiling process and is supposed to be removed after cooking. Some clients prefer to remove plastic themselves and sometimes staff remove plastic for patron. It appears complainant did not know this is a common practice in this restaurant. no concerns noted.
