- hand sinks and staff washroom supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold water
- spray bottles had 100 ppm chlorine
***ensure all spray bottles are re-labelled - 'sanitizer' label worn off - completed during inspection
- dishwasher had a final rinse of 90 C at gauge and 71 C at plate, ensure final rinse gauge is at least 82 C before running a cycle.
- no signs of pest activity noted during inspection - screen door in use and appears to be in good condition
- food appears to be protected from contamination - food stored off the ground, covered, organized
- ice machine maintained in sanitary condition - scooper stored in unit with handle facing up to opening
- general sanitation satisfactory
