Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1.) Foods in line cooler measured 9-11 degrees Celsius. Raw prawns were 11 degrees Celsius.
2.) Bean sprouts found being stored at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): 1.) Remove all potentially hazardous foods from this fridge and store at 4 degrees Celsius or colder at all times. Product was moved to other fridges during inspection.
2.) Bean sprouts are to be stored at 4 degrees Celsius at all times. These were placed in the fridge.

Observation: Build up of grease found in exhaust canopy. Floors along walls and under equipment, mop sink and mat at back door have a build up of dirt and debris. Boxes of shoes and clothes founds on shelves with food containers.
Corrective Action(s): Premises requires reorganizing so that all chemicals and staff belongings are stored separate from food equipment. Do not store any equipment on the ground. This includes pots, dishes, rice cookers. Thoroughly clean, sanitize and maintain the entire premises. Remove anything not need on premises. Label bottles of sanitizer. Remove carpeted mat and replace with a washable nonslip mat.
