Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted on April 5, 2023 to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DLSP). All care categories were reviewed for compliance.

Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated April 5, 2021 there were 8 children and 3 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment was completed and a copy was provided.

Licensing conducted a walk-through of the entire facility.

Valid Criminal record checks are available for all staff including the Licensee.Licensing reviewed expiry dates with the Licensee also.

· Physical Facility
· Health & Hygiene
