Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dried onion observed on deli slicer.
Corrective Action(s): Slicer was cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection. Ensure all food equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized immediately after use to limit potential cross contamination.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed on shelving located below drink dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Remove all equipment/utensils and rewash and sanitize as a precaution. Ensure all shelving is properly cleaned and sanitized. Date to be corrected by: Today.

Observation: 1. Leaking water observed under dishwasher.
2. Cold water not available at one sink (near drink dispenser).
3. Sink and surface sanitizer dispenser is not dispensing sanitizer at the correct concentration (concentration exceeds required range of 272 to 700 ppm DDBSA, 704 to 1875 ppm lactic acid).
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure water is not leaking from the above-noted area. Have leak repaired. Leaking water is a potential pest attractant. Date to be corrected by: August 16, 2023.
2. Ensure cold water is available at the above-noted sink. Date to be corrected by: August 4, 2023.
3. Ensure sink and surface sanitizer dispenser is capable of dispensing sanitizer as per product specifications for a food contact surface sanitizer that requires no final rinse step (safe and effective concentration). Have dispenser serviced. Ensure sanitizer is diluted in the interim, or use an alternative sanitizer (e.g. 100 ppm chlorine bleach water). Date to be corrected by: August 4, 2023.

Freezer at -18 degrees C or less. Note: Build up of ice observed in freezer; remove.

Hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in place for hand washing.
Two-compartment sinks (two) are supplied with hot and cold running water, sink plugs.
High temperature dishwasher measured 71 degrees C or more at the utensil surface during the final rinse.
Note: Unable to access part of dry storage area due to items blocking access; have items removed and stored away.
Note: Premises serviced monthly by pest control technician. Last report (July 31, 2023) notes tin cats were not accessible and not inspected.
