Handwashing sink doesn't properly suppled and blocked.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that 3-compartment sink is cleaned after use.
Handwashing sink must be supplied with liquid soap and paper towels; and be easily accessible.
Note: The produce area was not in use at the time of inspection.
The produce area must be kept in sanitary manner.

General sanitation - satisfactory (Note: Please clean shelves: a wall freezer (bottom) - frozen vegetables; a display coolers (mushroom and cheese) - food debris observed).
All temperatures satisfactory:
-3 walk in coolers (meat, produce, dairy) all at 4 deg C or less.
-Walk in Freezer at -19 deg C.
-No signs of pests observed during inspection.
-Display/retail coolers all at 4 deg C or less.
-Retail Freezers at -18 deg C or less.
- All display shelves - organized.
Note: No expired baby food items.

Back area:

Receiving area - satisfactory.
A work station - sanitizer available.
Produce washing area (with 3-compartment/handwashing sinks) is messy (see violation section).
