Used for special events only. > Running hot and cold water available. > Handsink fully supplied. > 2 compartment sink with plugs available. > Bleach available for surface sanitizer. Ensure solution is available when in operation - must be 100-200ppm chlorine (1 teaspoon of bleach in 1 litre of water). > Cooler: 3.2C > Freezer: -20C > General sanitation is satisfactory. Observed 3 small ants on countertop, could not locate any more or a source at time of inspection. Operator will place ant traps where appropriate. Signature not required at this time.
