-Facility is to close operation immediately- Facility Food Safety Coordinator is aware of issue and been in contact with pest control - pest control is serving three times per week
-A full pest control assessment is required from pest control professional identifying the current situation of the facility (point of entry, issues and solution).
-Clean and sanitize the whole facility
** a splash guard is required beside hand wash sink
-Keep all products (dry) in rodent proof containers, no foods to be left out.
