Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bean sprout bin probed at 16C in kitchen. This is a repeated violation. Further noncompliance will result in further enforcement action.

303 - Equipment/facilities/hot & cold water for sanitary maintenance not adequate [s. 17(3); s. 4(1)(f)]
Observation: 1) 2nd compartment sink has a backup from the drain everytime the high temperature sanitizing dishwasher finishes its cycle. This sink is the only sink in the kitchen for food prep, handwashing, and cleaning dishes. The dishwasher is not hooked up to any cleaning detergents and only reaches temperatures above 72C.
2) Unknown pipe hooked up to the dishwasher drains into the 2 compartment sink. A written statement regarding what the purpose of this pipe is and what kind of water it is discharging. It must not discharge waste water.
Corrective Action(s): Fix the 2 compartment sink and dishwasher so back up does not occur in any of the sinks. This is a plumbing issue and you cannot operate with this occurring.
