Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Staff washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
2 compartment sink available for use. Bleach sanitizer solution used for sanitizing disassembled parts. Clean in place for large equipment.
Bottles arrive pre cleaned.
No kegs or growlers filled at premise.
Walk in cooler at 3-4 degrees C. Finished product stored in walk in cooler.
pH is tested through the fermentation process with logs available for review.
