Routine inspection conducted:
-Handwash stations (one in front area, one in kitchen) have soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water. As discussed, use liquid soap at the front handwash station and not bar soap
-Coolers at 4 deg C or less
-Freezers at -18 deg C or less
- No hot holding during inspection
- Dishwasher achieved 73.6 Deg C after rinse cycle
