Follow-up Inspection Conducted today for report#JCHY-CJ4TBJ. All violations in report#JCHY-CJ4TBJ have been corrected. -Preparation cooler measured at 4C air ambient temperature. -Shelving units in the back hallway and outside were observed to be removed. All kitchen equipment and food are stored within the premises. -Chest freezer measured at -18C air ambient temperature. NOTE: Ensure to obtain City of Surrey and Fraser Health Approval prior to constructing and/or storing kitchen equipment and food outside of immediate premises. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
