Follow-up inspection to report #ZDER-AYRQNC
Violations have been corrected
-No signs of pest activity noted during inspection
-Back storage areas have been re-organized - significant improvements made, shelves on wheels installed. Further re-organization and discarding of materials and products no longer required or sold.
-Many of the re-packaged products have been labelled with premise contact information and address. Additional stickers available at front till and back re-packing area.
*Reminder that all products re-packaged or without labelled packaging must be labelled or it can not be sold to public.
-Improvements in sanitation and organization noted around Paan prep table and through out back storage area.
*maintain high level of sanitation and organization of entire premises.
-Bleach available -however will be replaced with QUATS sanitizer (200 ppm). Operator will look into this option due to allergies of staff
