- Sanitizer dispenser at warewashing sinks has been repaired/adjusted. Sanitizer solution being dispensed was at required concentration for sanitizing dishes (100-200ppm chlorine). Ensure this is checked at the frequency specified in your sanitation procedures. - Improvement noted in the consistency of temperature monitoring/recording for coolers and dishwashers. Ensure this continues to be completed as part of the food safety and sanitation procedures.
