Balut eggs sold onsite. The following information needs to be provided to the customers as it is not indicated on the original egg trays:

The egg carton or container should have a “best before” date and clear instructions to consumers to cook the product thoroughly before consumption.
The container should be properly labelled with the producer’s name.
If these instructions/labels cannot be provided on the containers received the operator is to provide this information to any customer who purchases the balut eggs.
