Routine inspection of food store: -Handsink was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels near the dispensing equipment. -Handsink in the washroom was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels. -Refrigeration units containing cold potentially hazardous food were at or below 4 degrees C. -Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C. -Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers. -No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection. -Bleach was available on-site as a sanitizer. -Mop sink was available in a separate room.
