Corrective Action(s): - Discard all cold potentially hazardous foods stored in the sliding door glass cooler.
- Cold potentially hazardous foods must be stored/ displayed at or below 4C.
- The following items discarded at time of inspection:
- 4 x 1L assorted syrups
- 1 L cream
- 18 containers of various bubble tea toppings (puddings, pearls, jelly, etc).
- 4 x 4L milk
- 2 x 2L almond milk
- 2L soy milk
- 2L oat milk
- 2 x 4L chocolate syrup

- 2 x 2kg yogurt
- 7 x 250g cream cheese
- 3 x 428 mL flavoured syrups

Note: Employee on shift advised that they had contacted the operator regarding concerns with the unit when they started their shift at 1 pm. Employee stated that employee with earlier shift did not notify operator of any concerns. Temperature monitoring record appears to have been consistently maintained until 12-Jan-2024 - after that date, temperature record not maintained.

Observation: -Rodent droppings noted along floor/ wall edges and under cardboard boxes in dry storage room.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove droppings and thoroughly clean above noted areas.
- Use 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach solution (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water) on affected areas.
- Store all items (including boxes) at least 6" (15 cm) off the ground to facilitate pest monitoring and cleaning.

Note: Premises has regular pest control services provided by a pest control company. Glue traps and snap traps empty at time of inspection.

- Handsinks are accessible and provided with hot and cold water, liquid soap and papertowels.
- Chest Freezer: -14C (Food products maintained in a frozen state).
- Interior of ice machine and ice storage bin appears maintained in a sanitary condition. Ice scoop stored inside ice storage bin - handle is not in contact with the ice.
- 200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution available.

**Premises is only permitted to serve hot beverages or power/ tea beverages (no milk or milk alternatives). Toppings for beverages are not permitted with the exception of plain tapioca pearls in sugar syrup. Toast and other food products/ desserts are not permitted. Follow-Up Inspection required to verify that equipment is in good working order BEFORE premises is permitted to serve other beverages and food products/ desserts not described above.**
