Routine inspection conducted: - Banquet hall was not in operation at the time of inspection. - Hall was maintained in good sanitary condition. - Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - Buffet tables were organized. No food observed. - Low temp mechanical dishwasher used for warewashing. 50ppm chlorine residual noted. - Nozzle of fountain gun in bar area is cleaned and sanitized regularly. - Pest Control Company conducts routine checks.
