No chlorine detected in Sanitizer spray bottles. Operator refreshed bleach water solutions and tested. Clorine 100-200 ppm detected in spray bottles. Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer is to be provided with proper concentration of bleach in water. 100-200 ppm is required. Test your sanitizer every couple days or as necessary and make sure the concentration of 100-200 ppm chlorine is present in the spray bottles. Violation Score: 15

Routine Inspection - Hand washing stations maintained. Liquid soap and paper towel dispenser are to be provided for the back room hand sink. - All cooling units measured at or below 4C and all freezers measured at or below -18C - Water temperature at final rinse in dishwasher registered at or above 71C - General sanitation is overall good. - Making/refreshing sanitizer solution discussed with the operators. CL test paper available. - Chemicals stored properly - Ensure to keep a temperature monitoring log for all cooling units and keep it updated daily - Kitchen is well lit. - Operator is food safe certified. - No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date.
