Observation: Handwash station by garage entrance not used. Staff uses washroom for handwashing.
Corrective Action(s): Washroom hand sink is not to be used as handwashing sink as sink is unavailable when staff uses washroom. Equip handwashing station with paper towels and liquid soap.

Observation: 1. Personal items (travel mug) stored on shelf above restaurant dry ingredients
2. Scoops stored in ingredient bins. Ingredients can potentially become contaminated by staff when reaching in for the scoop. Additionally, dirty handles may contaminate ingredients
3. Raw meats stored beside and over other foods in walk-in cooler and freezers. Potential contamination if raw meat juices drip onto other foods.
4. Rice and other foods in bags stored in boiler room under pipes.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Have designated area to store personal items. If area needs to be near food preparation area, have spill-proof container for staff to put personal items into.
