Bleach sanitizer >200ppm. Please note that 100ppm is required. Operator added water and adjusted during the inspection.
Areas of the kitchen, washrooms are reasonably clean and well organized, thank you.
Dry storage area is clean and well organized.
Dishwasher >71C.
Operator cleaning during inspection and keeping premises well maintained and clean, thank you.
No hot holding at the time of inspection.
Sauces cooling down in small, metal containers. would recommend more shallow pans, but please monitor with thermometer to determine if this is necessary.
