Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory. - Temperature of prep cooler, front stand up coolers at or below 4C - Freezer recorded at -25C and -14C - Hot holding unit for samosa and fried chicken recorded above 60C - Handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200ppm bleach solution recorded in spray bottle. - Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor. - Operator has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate (Exp March 21, 2024) - Permit posted at the front. - No signs of pest activity observed. - Recent pest reports were reviewed and found satisfactory.
