Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potatoes were being peeled in the back hallway without access to handwashing stations.
Corrective Action(s): Each food preparation area must have access to proper handwashing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Potatoes were moved back into the facility for peeling.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potatoes were being peeling in the back hallways, outside the facility at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Foods are only to be processed inside the facility. There is no access to handwashing facilities outside the facility. Potatoes were moved into the facility at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Fish was thawing in the prep sink at room temperature. Staff stated the fish has been out for 1 to 2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods cannot be stored above 4C for greater than 2 hours. Thawing of foods must be carried out in a cooler at 4C or under cold running water. Fish was processed by staff at the time of inspection.
