Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): [REPEAT VIOLATION] All cutting boards observed stored directly on the floor in the dishwashing area. Staff placed all cutting boards near the dirty dishware to be re-cleaned and sanitized.
Corrective Action(s): DO NOT store any equipment directly on the floor. The floor is contaminated and can contaminate equipment which can contaminate food. Install additional shelving on the wall to store clean, sanitized equipment if additional sanitary storage is required. Failure to comply in future may lead to progressive enforcement.

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler measured at 2'C
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- All potentially hazardous foods observed stored in coolers and/or freezers. No potentially hazardous food stored at room temperature - good!
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATs sanitizer spray bottles (X6) measured at a concentration of 200 ppm. All sanitizer labels are observed labelled.
- Temperature logs are maintained for the walk-in cooler
- No signs of pests during inspection
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
- Staff observed wearing gloves and hair nets

Reminders:
- Maintain a daily temperature log for ALL coolers and freezers
