Corrective Action(s): Facility has an on-going contract with pest control company. Have the old droppings removed and the area disinfected. According to management team, no recent pest activity was noted. Ensure pest control company identify all potential entry points and take the appropriate pest control measures. Violation Score: 3

Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted: All cooler units at 4C and equipped with thermometers. Freezer units at -18C. General sanitation level is good. All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground. Facility had gone through an ownership change. New legal entity is to apply for health approval and provide the appropriate documentation.
