Routine Inspection:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- Freezers maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
General food storage practices very good:
- All food products covered and protected from contamination
- All food items stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Good separation of meats and ready to eat foods
3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
Bleach available onsite for manual warewashing.
Glass washer sanitizing with 50 ppm chlorine.
Low temperature dishwasher in front sanitizing with 50 ppm chlorine.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
