Reinspection based on previous inspection report.
- Sanitation: Good improvement.
- Facility is required to be kept clean and organized at all times. Ensure all/any unused items are removed to free up space and reduce clutter.
- Structurally: An ongoing effort is required to keep all surfaces in good repair. Continue efforts to make upgrades.
- Pest Control: Pest control monitoring is currently being conducted on site.
To prevent pests from entering the food premises. Follow these points:
- Keep doors and windows closed or install screens
- Seal or patch any holes or potential entry points on the exterior of the building
- Install weather-stripping underneath exterior doors
To prevent pests from hiding or breeding in the premises. Clean floors routinely especially underneath and behind all equipment. Seal gaps behind sinks and walls.
Note: Sanitation is part of an effective pest control program.
