Dairy items (milk, cream, cheese) in "Welcome to 8th Street" cooler moved to Dasani cooler at time of inspection. Temperature of cream measured 4.9 deg. C. with DeltaTrak thermometer. Dasani cooler: 2.2 deg. C. Coca Cola Cooler: 4.0 deg. C. Ice cream freezer: -23 deg. C. Small Coca-Cola cooler not in use. Beaver Buzz cooler broke down Tuesday. Not in use at this time. Quote to be obtained, then decision will be made as to whether cooler will be repaired or replaced. Coffee carafe cleaned and sanitized in 2-compartment sink located at back of the store. Bleach available on-site. General sanitation of store acceptable. More thorough cleaning needed underneath shelving in back storage area. Hand sink in staff washroom stocked with liquid soap, paper towel and hot and cold water.
