Observation: Mouse droppings observed on the floor in corners and under equipment throughout premise including: kitchen under storage shelves, behind the oven, under dishwashing sinks, janitorial room, under cooler, beverage storage area, front prep coolers, under icecream machine and inside cabinet next to icecream machine.
Corrective Action(s): Professional pest control service to be hired and retained on monthly basis to control rodent activity.
All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.
Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) after cleaning.
