Observation: Soap dispenser was jammed at time of inspection.
Correction: Ensure soap dispenser is in good working order at all times. Soap dispenser was repaired at time of inspection
Comments

Dishwasher has not been repaired yet. However, operator is continuing to use single use dishes for customer service. Also, all kitchen utensils/equipment are being washed manually with a sanitizing soak at 100ppm Cl.

General cleanliness has greatly improved. thank you for your hard work. Please be sure to maintain the kitchen at this level of cleanliness.
Hand washing sinks is appropriately equipped with a new soap dispenser and paper towel
Sanitizer spray bottles available
Storage area has been cleaned and organized
