Health permit posted (new permit to be requested by district inspector)
All hand wash stations provided with hot/cold running water and liquid soap and paper towels.
Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm - test strips available.
Walk-in cooler registered at 2-3 deg C.
Prep line cooler was at 3-4 deg. (Ensure lid closes properly to keep temperature at or below 4 deg C.)
New hot holding cabinet installed - temperature above 60 deg C.
Prep line freezer and upright freezer was at or below -18 deg C.
Hot holding for pizza, chicken wings and hot dogs was above 60 deg C.
Ice cream machine and milk for coffee machine was at 4 deg C.
Temperature log was available for hot holding and cold holding for ice cream in the concession.
Food and food-related items were stored off the floor.
All other temperatures checked by designated staff and log stored in the office.
Concession staff have Food Safety Training (equivalent to BC Food Safe).
Staff hygiene - clean aprons and hair nets
Active pest control in place
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
Ensure to clean side of the ice cream machine as well as inside cabinets.
