Observation: 1. A number of food items in containers (ie. doughs, cooked chicken, etc.) in the walk-in cooler was not covered with lids.
2. Raw chicken containers were stored next to ready-to-eat foods such as cooked chicken, vegetables.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Cover all foods to prevent contamination.To be corrected by : 1 day
2. Separate raw chickens from ready-to-eat foods to prevent cross contamination. Corrected during inspection.

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: Observed an open back door, large gaps in the garage door that are directly connected to the facility.
Corrective Action(s): Install weather stripping. Close the door after receiving to prevent entry of pests. To be corrected by 2 weeks

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Observed black grimes, build-up of dusts on following surfaces:
- light switches
- mixer handles
- mixer bowl
- floor
- ventilation hood
- door handles (ie. cooler door, freezer, etc.)
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the above mentioned areas. To be corrected by 1 week.
