Routine inspection conducted. Findings: - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory. - Temperature of coolers recorded at or below 4C - Stainless steel freezers at or below -18C - All handwash sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - 200ppm QUATS recorded in the sanitizer pail and dispensing unit. - High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 72C on dish level during rinse cycle. - 3 compartment dishwashing sink used available. - Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor. - Manager had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent (Exp 2023-12-07). - Permit posted at the front. - No signs of pest activity observed.
